I work in power generation. When working inside cooling towers you can put a small radio anywhere and it sounds like your next to it.
The one in the video has been gutted, there’s normally piping and media about 50’ from the bottom with walkways. It’s acoustically interesting. Of course when it’s running it’s full of steam and not so interesting.

I would love to be playing a harmonica in that tower. I did just that in a few canyons in the past and would love to try the cooling tower.
