Forward all your traffic through your Mac or a remote server, using an easy to setup SOCKS proxy on your iPad or iPhone. And it is free!

SOCKS proxy use cases go beyond just accessing geo-restricted content:
- You can browse internal services hidden behind a private network.
- For app developers, using a different IP may allow you to check how things look like from a different country.
- It is a great alternative to creating multiple tunnels.

What are your favorite use cases? Leave them in the comments below!

Great feature! How does this handle iOS’ aggressive killing of background apps? Do we have to keep blink in the foreground to keep the proxy alive?

Sorry, im a complete 47 year old tech moron, computers have never been my thing, unfortunately....but....did u just basically write the code to put, or "install", a vpn directly onto your ipad? ...if im just as wrong as possible & this is a moronic question, please feel free to ignore me...i dont think id try this either way because with my luck id screw it up...i just want to say that whatever this is it looks kind of brilliant...like secret stuff only computer geniuses know....just like in any other field, comparable to a guy who is a virtuoso guitar player or something, who can plsy every kind of music on them, who repair them & build them....i.e. something very specialized & knowlegable, & while imdont really understand it, i certainly admire it:)
