I ran my first marathon in October. Trying to break 4 hours and hopefully around 3:30 by October of this year at St. George. The cold, dark, brutal morning runs have been intense, but I've been putting in the WORK. Thanks for the continued motivation, Floberg. So excited to watch through this series and be inspired by you through my training.

Epic goal mate - good luck!! Quick one - I'm coming off the back of a fairly major injury in 2023 and subsequent surgery (right ankle) in 2024. I'm officially back running (short and slow to begin), but i'm really curious to see a video and hear you talk more about how you manage injuries and niggles during training, thoughts and considerations, etc. Much love!

Dude, you got this in the bag, you can tell just by your demeanor going into this block. Your inspiration has pushed me to try a sub 3:30 PR. It’s a 10 min shave but I’m confident in my commitment! Let’s get it!

Not just hitting the weights, but also training explosively in the gym to stiffen those tendons! Stiffer tendons = greater power output. Go get it Eric! You freakin got this!

Thanks for the intro segment about the cold. Cleveland native here and been struggling with cold-weather runs while training for my marathon, but committed to doing them -- last Wednesday 14 mi in 19 degrees and yesterday 8 mi in 7 degrees.

A friend shared this with me. It is a quotation from Theodore Roosevelt's speech The Man In the Arena. My friend felt, and I agree, that it is applicable here:

"It is not the critic who counts; not the man who points out how the strong man stumbles, or where the doer of deeds could have done them better.
