Hi there, really enjoying your videos and learning a lot. My bus is a 1975 VAS3 Bedford. I havnt had a chance to buy an old manual yet and I'm about to take it in for a major tune up and was wondering if you know what kind of oil goes in the 4 speed gear box for this bus? I seem to have a bit of trouble getting into reverse and I can't tell if its from old gear box oil, or the clutch needs to be adjusted so I'm going to get them to check it out for me.
