Ohmygod those posters are THE CUTEST THINGS EVER. I would totally wear a t-shirt with one of those designs. They're so exactly like the oldschool "Amazing Stories" and "Asimov" etc. style magazine covers, and the one with "the grass is always redder" looks like something straight out of an old Ray Bradbury story. Love this NASA site already!

5th comment & 68th view?! Last time I was this early to a video, Pluto was still a planet.

When I first read the title of this video I thought it was about NASA having actual plans to explore exoplanets and was like...what?!! XD

But yeah I've never heard about this app before. Its interesting to visualize how different the views on these exoplanets are from the Earth, even when they are supposedly Earth like. Makes you appreciate how special the Earth may truly be amongst the cosmos. Thank you for sharing, as always your videos are awesome.

Seeing this in browser program makes me want to see NASA make a Sci Fi MMORPG. Who knows? Maybe they could get more people interested in space and make a decent profit off of it to put towards their actual space program?

Anton -- Kepler 16-b, moon: shadows are wrong because the two stars are (relatively) distant, and not only a few feet from the moon surface objects as depicted.

I hope this is as memeworthy as Moon Base Alpha. Singing aliens?

A link in the description to this webside would be helpful 🤔

Hi Anton, I know lots of people talk about the possibility of Earth colliding with another object in the distant future, but what about the possibility of other objects colliding with something else in our solar system? Planets, dwarf planets, moons etc. and the effect of these possible/hypothetical collisions on the rest of the solar system (for example, if the Moon is hit by a sizeable asteroid, how would this affect Earth?)
