I wouldn’t be surprised if the Boulder Police messed up the specimen or lost it.

This man has waited long enough to find out what happened to his daughter! This needs to be pushed ahead for not only his sake, her siblings sake but also our nations sake! We have all carried this in our hearts and minds from the day it happened! All we have are educated guesses and suspicions that have been gained through the years.. We deserve to know the truth!

I just researched this case on the internet and found an article in the NY Times dated April 10, 2000. It states that the mother was the one who killed Jonbenet. It stated that she had hit her daughter for urinating in the bed and seriously wounded the child. It stated that as she was carrying her down the stairs, she found that Jonbenet was still breathing. So, she took some object and fashioned it into a garrot and strangled the child. I do not believe this. First of all the story is too detailed. As if they were there watching her go down the stairs. Why didn't someone come up with that theory years ago. It is simple enough. I don't believe that Mrs. Ramsey could fashion anything into a garrot.

I’m betting they lost, discarded, or destroyed the DNA evidence and don’t want to admit it. What other reason could there be to refuse such advanced help?

He knows he did it or he covering it up for the Dead mother and he just waited this long because he probably going to die soon and he knows it going to lead back to him or his wife and he doesn't want to serve time so he waiting until he on the verge of dying to confess to it.

This is BS. If there is another person DNA there it's probably just an accomplice. Remember that she had life insurance on her. These people look creepy af. HOw in the f does you daughter die in your own house. I would understand if someone kidnapped her but she was found inside her house. They tried to hide the body and got found out. The parents were obviously involved.

maybe it was a cop who did it. cause i just don’t understand why they would withhold evidence that could find who the killer is.

It has to be someone in that police force someone high up in their county . If they aren’t willing to release that to her father . Pride in wrong areas . Transparency should be there for this father who has lost everything . Things will come full circle to the man who did it

Why all of a sudden? Dad is the main one responsible for contaminating the crime scene...after he was SPECIFICALLY asked not to disturb anything in the house, he wandered off, happened to find the body, and carried it to the room where police were. He's super sketch, and imho has always known what happened . New DNA tech was available years ago, and he's just recently asked for it. Something isn't right.

Still.

The ransom note was almost exactly the dad's work bonus. It's someone who knew him or it's his wife who did it. Her hand writing could not be excluded. I personally think she did it and the dad didn't know it.

If they really want this case solved they should take any help they can get & follow every lead that comes in (even from those that supposedly wear tin-foil hats, but that's just IMO)

Jon Benet has been dead two decades so get this cold case ended now jeez keystone cops in Denver blew it by having the crime scene trashed by so many people and now her mom is gone too. Chris watts case was over and done with in Frederick Colorado within a short time span so for the sake of this long-dead crime victim wrap it up already for Pete's sake 🙄

If it were the authorities child they would have done something. It’s easy for authorities to sit back and do absolutely nothing because it’s not their kid! It’s the way it is. Authorities know they are wrong they let the ego monster take them over. Shame. Do something….this was a bright happy beautiful child who deserves better from the adults in her story. 🧐🤨😖🤯🤬🙏

I agree that Boulder PD will never solve this crime and I wholeheartedly agree that they should turn over their files to an entity that is better equipped and more competent to investigate this crime. But I’m not sure why you write a letter to the governor. Maybe in Colorado the Governor has power over all law enforcement. But I doubt it. In my state of course the Governor oversees the state police. But the Governor has zero authority over county and municipal law enforcement agencies. That is like saying that state, county and municipal police officers work for the President. We absolutely do not. No president nor governor can order any police department to turn over anything. A prosecutor could release their files and they could encourage a department to turn their’s over but again we don’t work for prosecutors. I would go to the Boulder Mayor. Police Chiefs work for and often are appointed by the mayors. In my state the Mayor (by the state constitution) is still the chief law enforcement officer for a city. The elected Sheriff is for the county. The Attorney General is for the state level.

This case has long been solved. They know exactly who did it and why. They simply don’t want the public to know.
