The DNA will go absolutely nowhere. This case has been engineered to go absolutely nowhere.

It’s not the autism symptoms that make him seem guilty… it is the entirety of the evidence and knowledge AND his responses. People with Autism and any other disorder are also capable of crimes. And maybe he was super intelligent at 9 as some with autism are.. but extremely emotionally immature and neglected

No intruder at all. It was the brother who needed help prior to this happening. Also the fact that he was practically ignored after Jon Benet was born. I think he is on the autism spectrum and not much known about that years ago. It's sad. The parents did all that coverup.

“I’ve moved on with my life” is just such a strange thing for a little kid to say, especially in this situation

He says 'I know' then describes what he did to her. Burke did it, parents covered it up.

That ransom note was really a flag for me. Who would get into a house and spend that amount of time to write a note with that level of details.

I think it was the son.And they knew it and vowed to protect their son.

13 days after she was killed and he knows how she died when the autopsy wasn't released. Interesting!

That little boy said he KNEW what happened, he described it to the tee💯 if he didn't do it, he might have saw it....he creeped me all the way out

The reason he seems void of emotion could be a sign of dissociation. Dissociation is common in trauma.

This is so strange because we lost my niece when she and my nephew were young, and he still has a difficult time with it years later. For Burke to say he pretty much forgets about it is so bizarre!

Idk if anyone has seen the episode of criminal minds where the son kills his sister and the parents do everything they can to cover it up so they didn’t lose both kids and I’ve always connected that story in my head with this one, it just makes sense to me

It's likely they were both abused. I always suspected the parents were exploiting Jon Benet after seeing the outfits they put her in...feaces on the walls is something abused children do also...he may have snapped and hit her and the parents covered it up but I strongly believe there was something deeply deeply amiss in that household ..

I lost a pregnancy when my oldest was 5. He was sad and cried for months. You’re telling me a 9 year old lost his sister 13 days ago and says he “forgets it happened”

Burke is odd for sure, but inappropriate smiling, or antisocial behavior does make him the murderer. In fact, I suspect he and Jon Benet were both abused. Bed writing and feces all over the walls can be tell tale signs of sexual abuse. Both children exhibited these behaviours. But what disturbed me most was John saying to the officer something like we will check over the house. Idk why that felt out of place to me but it did. If there was a ransom note claiming to have your kid demanding an amount of cash for her return, why would you EVER think she was in the house? So off John goes with his best friend, checking every room in the house and low and behold finds her murdered body in the basement. He proceeds to pick her up, carrying her upstairs, totally disturbing the crime scene and all. One thing I think the majority of us know as adults, is not to move a head injury patient, and not to disturb a crime scene. Jon Benet was both. The cop on the scene clearly remembers it. She had her hand on her gun counting how many bullets she had in the chamber. And she knew in her core that John had something to do with Jon Benets murder. These things still disturb me to this day. Did John disturb the crime scene covering up his tracks? And maybe his best friends tracks too? Most likely we will never know.

If the parents were completely innocent, they did everything possible to look completely guilty.

How did this kid even know she had a fracture to her skull and then brought up a hammer?

(alleged ) It was the brother. It all correlates with the pineapple and his jelousy of her and how she got more attention than him. He always thought she got everything she wanted, all the attention from her parents. And when she took that pineapple from him, something in him snapped and he killed her.

Also it isn't strange that a 9 year old child would commit a violent crime. There are alot of cases of children commiting terrible crimes, some are even younger.

Im sorry, he says he just kinda forgets about it? Wtf? I recently lost a 7 month old prenatal baby, i had an emergency c section, our family never saw his eyes open or heard him take a breath. My 13 year old daughter and 19 year old son still grieve him after 2 months, having only spent hours with him in person. How do u casually say u forget about your 6 year old sister dying a horrible death? He was not growing up in a healthy functional environment to be thinking like that.
