the best straightforward backhand tutorial...my chinese coach always tells me to turn my waist....i always think i couldnt because i dont have sufficient training...he missed the point that i was too close to the table...you are right...only use your forearm and dont lower your hand if you are close to the table...btw...you performance today in busan is amazing:)

Thanks, Anders! This is such a wonderful gift for us serious amateurs who want to get better in 2024. Could you do a video on how to do a backhand loop against underspin? Looping underspin gives me a lot of trouble on the BH. I find it a lot easier on my FH.
