Any singer / musician who grew up in the 90s can’t deny the impact and influence Christina Aguilera (often nicknamed Xtina) had on them. Have been a major fan since Genie In The Bottle. After I did the Mariah Carey medley, there were several suggestions that I do one for Xtina, and so I tried. It wasn’t easy at all, her style is so distinct, which is why I think she’s one of the most instantly-recognisable voices of our generation, that tone is everything. Having said that, this has to be one of the hardest covers I’ve done, so bear with me. :D
