Do you think they will lower the price of the Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser?

Whaaat!?!? The super expensive 2 night hotel geared only to the most diehard Star Wars fans is having difficulty meeting occupancy after the initial wave of guests came through?!?!? I am shocked! 😱😱😱
Who could ever have guessed this might happen? Oh yeah, pretty much everyone when Disney released the price they were charging.

I said this many, many months ago when the Galactic Starcruiser played itself out as the one and done that it is. They need to turn it into a lunch and/or dinner theater experience using a remodded passenger bus to "transport" guests from Batuu to the orbiting Halcyon. Lunch could be a 3 hour meal and tour of the ship while the dinner theater could be a 4 hour meal with the song and dance thingy. Keep the "voyage" to twice a month. Of course, they need to find a way to make this a different experience - maybe a different theme or era each quarter.

First a fountain, then building facades, now a lamp post. Seems Disney World has a habit of just, falling apart these days, it’s almost like maintenance is a vital process to keep theme parks running. But no it couldn’t be, after all, anything that costs money needs to be cut out to satisfy the glorious shareholders.

How long did they expect a $6k 2 night starwars hotel to survive? Not to mention that lampost... The park is literally falling apart.

I thought the Galactic Starcruiser was overpriced until I saw that beautiful blue shrimp. Nothing like artificial color on seafood that screams quality. Take my money. Now! Seriously, that bar/restaurant looks horrible when their is full lighting. How many people had a role in green-lighting the business plan for a $6000 larping experience they thought would be sustainable? You think someone in the early stages would have given a firm no.

As an avid Star Wars fan I will NEVER pay $4-6k for 2 nights. I will take that money, get a premium room at the Poly and stay twice the time.

Hold on, how exactly is that starcruiser thing a THREE DAY experience? Day three is 'to go' breakfast, and get out. I would hardly call that a day. This "excursion" is less than 48 hours total? Please, a bit generous on the description, Disney.

I was thinking about the star cruiser recently and couldn't even find my way to figure out how to book a trip. They shouldn't make it that hard. If you Google it, it pretty much just goes to some press release page that was setup long before it even opened.

I am actually surprised they have more than ten hotel rooms in all at the starcruiser...(maybe they should have done less rooms. Maybe then you'll get something bigger than a closet space for 5k.) its such a tailored and unique and expensive experience, the audience for it is practically microscopic in the grand scheme of things. So much so that 25% capacity makes sense. What I'm wondering is, once those people with money did the experience, and they decide they don't care to do it ever again, who's left to sell the experience to, besides influencers and the press?

Galactic Starcruiser needs to add, during the week days, a 2 day one night stay shortened experience for half the price or more. They could then do the normal 3 day 2 night on the weekends. I think that would bring in more guests.

There is no longevity in a two night $6000 stay. No way this hotel is open in 5 years.

I know a lot of people who would love to do Star Cruiser, my family included. We just cannot justify paying half of that price for 2 nights, let alone the price as it sits now.

I'd go to the Starcruiser in a heartbeat if it didn't cost about 20% of my annual salary for 2 nights.

Placing it during the sequel trilogy was such a bad idea. Should have gone with the original trilogy. I would pay for the experience if I get to interact with Artoo and Threepio and it's Vader and the Empire showing up.

I have heard that some Guests check in, watch the show, attend the dinner and travel to Disney's Hollywood Studios but do not spend the night at the hotel.
