Star Wars Galactic Starcruiser Hotel Cringe Compilation

In light of the approaching closing date (Official date listed as October 1st, 2023) of the infamous Star Wars hotel, let's reflect on what made this expensive venture so bad. Here's a few of the notable moments that made this experience completely cringeworthy.

This 2-night experience only lasted 18 months and cost Disney upwards of $300,000,000.

What's even more astronomical is how guests were forced to pay an average of $6,000 for a 2-night "voyage", that of which offered mediocre entertainment and accommodations.

Before you hit ‘post comment’, here is a bit of a disclaimer: I understand that a lot of you don’t like the style of this video. Thank you for taking the time out of your day to let me know how strongly you oppose the edits, the transitions, the sounds etc. of a video I posted over a half a year ago just for fun. The whole concept of this hotel looked and sounded like nothing more than just a glorified, Star Wars-themed daycare for families. It's crazy how Disney could invest so much money into something and it flop so badly in less than 2 years. They used to be the trailblazers of coming up with innovative rides and attractions that made their parks world famous. It's why Disney came up with the term "Imagineer" to give to their ride/attraction creators. They were always ahead of the curve.

Now it just seems like Disney is getting blinded by greed, ESPECIALLY when it comes to anything that deals with Star Wars. They know people love the franchise and took advantage of that by thinking they could simply theme a hotel with a bunch of gimmicky activities for guests to do in less than 48 hours and then charge them out the ass. I'm glad this hotel completely failed, but I sadly don't think Disney will fully learn their lesson or even figure out why that was, just like how it was/is with the Star Wars sequels and spin-off shows.

It's things like this that is the reason why more and more people are choosing Universal Studios over Disney World
