Let’s talk about EMF exposure. The average person in the U.S. is exposed to EMFs for over 10 hours a day.

People are exposed to EMFs through:
• Smartphones
• Computers
• Laptops
• WIFI
• Routers
• Microwaves
• And more…

These devices put out invisible electromagnetic fields that interact with the body’s electrical fields in the brain, heart, and deep into the cells. Experts will say that EMFs have no negative impacts on your health. But, a report put out in 2012 evaluated 2000 studies, and it found that low-level radiation can play a role in Alzheimer’s and other conditions.

EMF exposure may play a role in:
• High blood pressure
• High pulse rate
• Insomnia
• Fatigue
• Decreased cognitive function (memory, focus, and concentration)
• Increased inflammation
• Mood changes
• Increased risk of stroke
• Increased risk of heart attack
• DNA damage

These EMF energy waves directly affect the communication channels across all of your cellular membranes.

What you could do:
1. Limit exposure (use an EMF tester)
2. Keep your cell phone and other devices away from your head
3. Increase your antioxidant network (consume raw cruciferous vegetables and do fasting)

For 6 month after my husband and I moved into our first home I had terrible insomnia, but only at home. I could not sleep a wink. I'd fall asleep in the car, at work, at his parents. By the 6th month I was ready to go to ER. I was so exhausted! My husband read that wifi routers can disrupt sleep. Ours had been installed in the corner of our bedroom -- right next to where I lay my head at night. Without telling me he unplugged it. Within 15 minutes I was out cold. I barely remember it, but I slept for nearly 5 days straight. Tim woke me up a few times a day to eat and drink water. Which is foggy in my mind, because I was barely conscious. He says he had to keep me awake as I was nodding off even while eating.

This was in 2009. It still affects me. At least now I know how to manage it. I'd love to understand what's happening in my body to elicit that response.

Experts lie! For the past couple of years I've had constantly interrupted sleep at night and even developed a fluttering heart at night while sleeping, so after watching your videos regarding EMF's, I started turning off my wi-fi router at night and NO screentime after 6:00PM. Guess what? My symptoms have subsided and I sleep like a baby again! Thanks, Dr. Berg for helping us to understand what these devices are doing to our bodies.

Spend some time off grid! As much time as possible you will feel much better! And you will notice the difference when you come back on grid

So glad you covered this. The vast majority have not even thought about it. Think people.

I have been saying this for years. Wireless headphones are insane to me. I use my speaker phone or plug in headphones. No microwave for 10 years now.

And for people in apartments and townhomes, you're surrounded by your neighbors wifi and EMF signals too.

Hi Dr Berg, I just wanted to share another way of increasing our antioxidant network - grounding. I recently bought an organic cotton bedsheet with silver threads that connects with the earth socket in my room, thereby delivering antioxidants from the ground into my body while I sleep. One thing I've learned from Triumph over Tinnitus 3 (TOT3) is that tinnitus can be affected by EMFs, and the other day when I began heating my dinner in the microwave at work, I felt a sudden spike. Thanks so much for your videos - I'm slowly heading towards a ketogenic diet through TOT3, and once my tinnitus is gone (fingers crossed) it will be the path I'll take moving forward.

Turn off your WiFi whilst you sleep, and put your cell phones onto flight mode if you use your phone as an alarm.clock. also buy some large crystal rocks as ornaments, put them next to your router, they absorb EMF but it doesn't affect the signal strength.

After watching this video I turned off my wifi/internet connection because I have been experiencing these symptoms since we switched from wired/to wireless internet about a month ago.. the worst symptom being rapid heartbeat, causing my airways to close off making me gasp for air. Terrifying experience! It has been several hours since I unplugged wifi (4G) and I feel relaxed, breathing is no longer labored and I can walk around normally without my heart racing or my airways restricting. I’m so very grateful that you posted this, it never occurred to me that emf was causing these horrific side effects—I seriously thought I was dying!!! THANK YOU FOR SHARING YOUR INSIGHT WITH US💌

Thank you Dr.Berg. I lost 45 lbs. by following your advice. I drank alcohol, ate poorly, spent half the day in front of a computer etc., a year later I'm a different person and now serve as an example to others of how to reverse many of the seemingly intractable habits that lead us into an early grave. I'm 56 and am not sure how to link to before and after photos, but I owe you an immeasureable thank you.

I have a timer switching wifi etc. off at around 9 pm. I also, do manually switch off everything else, but unfortunately my neighbours most likely don't do that. And, that's why I got the fleld meter in order to make sure that my neighbour's wifi etc. are not located near to our heads in our bedrooms!

Measuring around, I did notice that some fluorescent lamps etc. are radiating extremely strong electromagnetic radiation, when on. So, you should absolutely avoid working right near to them! 1-2 meters away appears to be enough.

In my opinion, the EM field meter is quite useful in order to get to know how safe your own apartment is to live in a long time.

They admit it in our cell phone warnings

It is advised to avoid using the mobile phone when the reception signal is weak, as it emits more electromagnetic radiation.

The most effective defense I’ve found is to stay grounded as much as possible via grounding mats (like under your keyboard) and grounding sheets, if you can’t live outdoors barefoot. The damage mechanisms of EMFs depend on the frequency (microwave/RF vs 60 Hz household current), but something they both have in common is they deplete antioxidant stores, leading to inflammation. When you stay grounded you supply a steady stream of electrons to reduce free radicals. If you sleep grounded you’ll notice you get deeper sleep, wake up with less back pain, and make it through the night without bathroom visits. If you work at your desk grounded, you may notice a reduction in anxiety and an increase in stamina. You can directly measure the power of these effects by testing your body voltage with a multimeter while you are in proximity to electronics (that are plugged in to a 60hz source). Anything that has a transformer is going throw off massive magnetic fields that induce a positive voltage in your body. If you then touch something connected to the ground of an electrical outlet, your body voltage drops near zero – where it should be and has been for people for thousands of years (the invention of electricity and then rubber shoes drastically changed all this, not to mention heating blankets!). As far as higher frequencies like WiFi and Bluetooth go, staying grounded also helps with that as it essentially makes your body a sink, attenuating the absorbed fields by shunting them to ground, thus reducing how much your body from resonates with the waves at the cellular and molecular level. All this works better, btw, when you have adequate electrolytes.

I do use speaker when talking on phone.
Stay away from microwave when using it.
Use ear buds listening to videos.
Thanks for confirming what I've been saying.
Love your videos Dr. Berg 💕

Unfortunately... I'm pretty much addicted to my smartphone, consuming about 12hours per day on screen. Thanks Doctor for the timely reminder video.

Turn of the Wi-Fi and put your phone on flight mode before going to sleep. Its not only the EMF, its also the noise from these things that disrupt sleep.

I sleep on an earthing/grounding sheet, and I have a case for my phone that shields me from the majority of EMF waves and the radiation they produce. It's unfortunate that we can't realistically eliminate these things from our lives entirely. But every little helps.
