My kind of DIY guy, thanks for the effort.

Thank you. Looking at the scope, it seems to me a lot of distortion even at low power. Love to see a square signal on the scope.

I have this exact amplifier but there is no labeling on the connectors as you stated. Do you have the schematics or a more detailed version of how to hook this thing up

Good experimenting with that class D amplifier. The power meter for audio also looks interesting maybe you will put it in a better box. I was just wondering why you did not use the 20v per division on the oscilloscope, you surely could see the waveform better that way.

What causes the 10ohms resistor suddenly burn while operating?. hopefully will be answered, , thanks for sharing this vedio sir

Can you run a audio amplifier directly off of that 1800w boost converter? Or does it have to have a battery to constantly feed power to?

Dzień dobry. Mam pytanie. Posiadam taki sam wzmacniacz, zasilam go +/-68V 500W transformator, głośnik 8 Ohm i przy dużej mocy gdy gra muzyka wzmacniacz zaczyna przerywać, odcina go. Wie Pan dlaczego?

Sir.
Good day.
Are you using 60v DC? +/- 30v. ? I pulled a transformer from a Peavey amp rated for 200w for that amp. When I check the unloaded voltage of the transformer I get +/- 32v. I was wondering before I try hook it up to this amp module cause I only have the one module and kinda don't want to fry it. Lol. It's hard finding good information on this 500w amp module. And help would be much appreciated. I thank you in advance.
God Bless.

If you look closely, there is a marking on the side of the terminals in the cutouts near the wires. There are many protective diodes on the board, yes, but they will save only if there are fuses or power supplies with current limiting, which I did not see with you. But I saw thin wires on the power parts, and cardboard near the heating elements. That's all you have to do to start a fire.

Hello, Mr Hartdegen! I have just purchased one of these chinese 500W class d amps but I am worried because, although it seems to be performing well in bench tests, its little heatsink is getting VERY hot even without any signal applied to the input (just powered on). Did this one you tested in your video present the same behaviour (getting very hot even in standby)? Thanks in advance!

Você poderia me dizer o que vem escrito no C.I do seu amplificador?

Have you tried connecting two of those class d amplifier input to work as mono using one mono signal?

I also want to make this with the splitter, I plan to run 100W at 4 Ohms. What is the minimum +- voltage this can run at? +45 -45? Or more like +60 -60? Does this board have an isolated audio ground signal? I would think so right, otherwise it would not work with the splitter, since the middle point of the capacitor bank would short to boost converter ground.

Nice video. Are there any plans available of your homemade powermeter? Would love to have it 😄

Thanks for your video, I like the great job you have done, I like the display of KWA, I have one advice: don't wear metal bracelet watch when working like this, you might put in short some boards, by mistake :) Excellent job and I see your passion for electronics, same as me! Cheers!

Dude.. Err-Sir.. There are connection indicators on the board, and here's where they be at.
Step 1/. Pick up the module and rotate it so that the fan is as far away from you and youre gazing at one end of the Amplifier Module.
Step 2/. set your eyes towards the Blue "5 Terminal block".
Step 3/. rotate the board slightly down so that you can see the PC Board Under the 5 Terminal Blocks
Step 4/. inspect from left to right for a "-" once you have discovered this Minus sign for the negative 50~65 Volt terminal connect it up
Step 5/. Once connected, Look to the right of that terminal to see the "G" AKA GROUND and connect that one up
Step 6/. Once connected, Look further to the right and Locate "+" connect your Positive 50~65 Volt terminal up to it.
From there you should locate the last two symbols and connect your Positive speaker and Negative speaker leads to them .
BTW A simple 300VA 50-0-50 volt Toroidal Transformer feeding a 35 amp bridge rectifier with around 10000Uf filtering per rail, will have the amplifier or amplifiers produce a very respectable 5ooWatts Rms Mine produce 510 watts before clipping and distorting..

Why did you remove the elements and put on the capacitors
