Feel free to share your thoughts and opinions

Peace and Love

Welcome to my channel Lifting out of the Lows where I share and document my experience with mental health and depression. I hope from sharing these videos and my experiences I'm able to help people along their own journey and make it somewhat easier (if that's possible) as I talk about things such as:
* How to stop feeling depressed
* My experience with mental health
* How to stop feeling anxious
* How to improve your mental health
* My journey through life
* How to take action
* How to be happier in life

I haven't got it all figured out, far from it. We're all on a journey that one never stops learning from but by creating these videos my aim is to help people and start more of a conversation around mental health. If you like the videos like, share and all the rest as the louder the message I'm sure the more people will benefit

Hello, I am so glad you made this video! I am fascinated our experiences are quite similar. I totally agree with feelings. When I am hypomanic, Its more intense and my BF was shocked how open and loving I was. During downslide I tested my feelings too. I felt like shit and I still knew I want to be with him and I went thru it with him by my side. The key is to find a person with those personal traits you said. I found someone I felt like he could understand so I told him and Its perfect. And one more thing - your partner shouldnt be dealing with your shit for you but with you. Thats What I found out. He is there with me but he is not taking responsibility for me at all. He says Its my fight to fight and I Love him for that cause it makes me feel strong because of the believe he has in me.
