Fantastic episode! 🏆 Thank you Mark and Ken!
Congratulations making it to episode 11. The prevailing theory in many schools is that podcasts will generally prove themselves within 10 episodes. Here you are at 11 and this episode is STRONG! 👍 Full speed ahead!
Thank you for making the world a smarter place and bringing your talents to MicrobeTV.

Those trilobites had a great time living in the ancient seas. It was simple lifestyle they lived but they loved it. 👍🏻

As a regular person i dont understand all the complexity but i appreciate the energy you put to understand this micro-world. Is there wars between viruses like the humans ?

Hello from Tacoma! It's exciting for me to see someone from the University of Puget Sound on MicorbeTV.

Curious how size can be a determiner of it being a virus, wouldn't you miss any of the very large viruses we now know about? (could have missed something though).

I’d have been a microbiology major if my university offered your classes and either of you as professors

Did we know at what tissue temperature did SARS COV2 better replicate?
At TWiV 659 at min29 virologist Christian Drosten suggest a very low temperature.
If it replicate at very low tissue temperature, theoretically must avoid to decrease lung temperature to avoid Covid19 (?)

You virus people are weird, but I did find this interesting. It’s odd though how you guys always slip in vaccine adverts. You really don’t need to include religious, normative beliefs in what should be a descriptive presentation on virology. I still listen, but the cultural value of telling people how they *ought* to behave has no place in science. I hope y’all can begin to take that to heart. Thanks. Cheers.
