there's another on Athens Dash, on the second lap start a drift going to the right on the jump section at the start, then release your drift boost in the air and use a mushroom to go into the grass to hit the bush closest to the track so that you bounce in the air and go over a wall that's a ruin to end up next to the fountain (I don't know if it's faster or not but it's hard and cool which matters the most, only on 200cc, I think....).

On the Los Angeles track, you can jump over the rocks at the beginning, using the skater ramps.

I'm certain everyone knows this by now but you can not only break the wooden stands (the ones with piranha plants) with a mushroom, but also with any shell.
That means if you're in first, you have a shell, and you're approaching the stands at the end of Athens Dash laps 2 & 3, you can throw the shell and get free money.

On squeaky clean sprint hold down and go to the right for another shortcut

For number 3, after the 2nd glider there, you can fly of to the right and access the next 2 short cuts

On Athens Dash start of Lap 2, you can jump off the top of the theater stand at the right to cut the turn
