After a 1960s sermon when he called Tulsa OK a "hick town", Minister John Wolf of All Souls Unitarian Church was asked to explain. Interview by KOTV news reporter Mike Miller. Wolf served as minister at All Souls for 3 decades.
He was a leader in the Civil Rights movement. He was a co-founder of the Oklahoma Civil Liberties Union and the Governor’s Human Rights Commission, a member of the National Board of Planned Parenthood and numerous other local and regional interfaith and service boards and committees.

John Wolf was minister at All Souls Unitarian in Tulsa OK for more than 30 years, beginning in 1960. He died in 2017. Wolf was a leader in the Civil Rights movement. He was a co-founder of the Oklahoma Civil Liberties Union and the Governor’s Human Rights Commission, a member of the National Board of Planned Parenthood and numerous other local and regional interfaith and service boards and committees.
