Setup is dope! Anybody know if she leaves the Castro rig up outside in the wintertime? She is in Ohio and I’m in Tennessee so climates are pretty similar relatively in a lot of ways, so was just curious. Thank you!

1:35 a lot of use!!! thats called RUST and should be cleaned off to not damage the barbell. if you don't, one day it'll just snap on your, rust corrodes metal, which in time will make it brittle and it'll break!!
