Abhinav bro right what's actually a 16 year old boy to feel Tired and stressed?. But the reasons our brother noted is one hundred percent Right. Today's ppl are just couch potato and not willing to do things actively.

Before that I was like that, But after watching Abhi bro video He completely changed my lifestyle. Now atleast half an hour to one hour I'm regularly doing physical activities and following his diet.
