The Beatles 1 Album (2 LP Reissue)

Originally released in the year 2000 as an epic, best selling, single-disc hits compilation by The Beatles, this is a 2018 2 LP vinyl reissue of 1. Featured are remixes done by Giles Martin for the 2015 release of 1 and 1+.

The Beatles 1 contains the best of The Beatles singles. 27 No. 1 Hits! Many of The Beatles greatest hits are contained on this album.

I pulled out my original 2000 vinyl 1, and it's the same, except the songs are not the new remixes. Same poster, sleeves, and Avedon prints. I'm glad I didn't get the newer vinyl version. I bought the deluxe blu-ray edition when it came out, so have all the remixes there.

The cool thing about the 2015 mixes is it's the closest we'll ever get to "modern" mixes of pre-Sgt. Pepper songs...at least for now.
