The first album I ever had. Christmas of 66. I had just turned 10 in Sept. Even though I don't know what happened to that ablum, I still love it 56 years later. My God what a band.

"Rubber Soul" is my favorite Beatles album, even though it doesn't have my favorite Beatles songs on it.
What it does have is a time capsule of when the Beatles stopped being the Fab Four and became the greatest recording artists in history.
To me it is the pinnacle of what they had already accomplished and what was yet to come. A perfect moment in time to be cherished.
It's also the coolest album cover art ever produced.
