Happy Valentines Day!! Here is an easy white lasagna recipe, that is my own. Also, I included a delicious bacon avocado caesar salad and homemade bread garlic knots. This video is part of a two part series called ''Dinner for Two'', this is part two. If you have missed part one, I will have it linked below. I wanted to provide a delicious easy meal for you and your other half or your family for valentines day. Please enjoy!

Dinner for Two | Part One | Cheesecake Recipe LINK:

RECIPE INFO LINKS AND INGREDIENTS:

WHITE LASAGNA
* Two pounds turkey meat
* (1) Yellow onion
* Oven ready lasagna noodles
* 3 Jars of Bertolli alfredo sauce
(Can substitute one jar for Bertolli basil alfredo)
* Spinach
* 1 Quart cottage cheese
* 32oz Five cheese blend or three 8oz bags
* 32oz Mozzarella cheese blend or three 8oz bags
* Dry Basil
* Dry Oregano
* Bay Leaf
* Garlic and onion powder
* (Optional Trader Joes 21 Seasoning)
* Minced garlic
* Low sodium chicken stock

INSRUCTIONS/ MEASURMENTS:
* Dice one onion, caramelize with:
1 1/2 Tsp Oregano
1 1/2 Tsp Basil
1/2 Tsp Thyme
Spoon of minced garlic

* Add:
2 lbs turkey meat
1 Cup low sodium chicken stock
2 Shakes garlic powder
Couples shakes of Trader Joes Seasoning (Optional and amount by preference.)

* In a separate pot mix three jars of Alfredo sauce, then add:
1 1/2 Tsp Basil (Only if plain Alfredo)
Couple shakes garlic powder (Amount by preference.)

* Combine Turkey meat and Alfredo sauce mix.

* Layer lasagna:
- Meat sauce
- Oven ready noodles
- Spinach
- Cottage Cheese
- Cheese (Five cheese and Mozzarella )

* Top layer only meat sauce and cheese.

* Cover with tin foil bake at 375 for 60 mins. After 60 mins remove tin foil put the oven on boil for another 10-15 mins till golden brown.
