I’ve come to realize that having discipline and structure in your daily routine is the most important factor to accomplish your goals and actually feel happy and confident. Because when you don’t have a routine, your mind wanders from one thing to another, but you’re never able to complete a task till the end. You give in to your temptations and eventually lose your discipline. Let’s focus on having a daily routine that we follow religiously and let’s make this a year of change 💪🏼

How do you go about it, how often, how do you discard them once they are done etc. Also the crystals that you wear - since they are worn round the clock.

I have found that having a a morning ritual is key to my well being and helps me with being my best self. Flexibility is key though.. I listen to my needs. Sometimes I journal first, other times it’s a meditation and breath work.
Right now my normal routine which i have honed in on in my everyday activities is somewhat in flux, as I traveled to be with my mom as she has surgery.
I am creating a different flow for my morning.. as long as it serves me 🤍
