On the name part of the BNS, neither the Modi/Bjp Sarkar could actually provide any justifiable clarification to the Change of Name of the Act/Law nor the explanation tendered by you justify such change in any which way. Rest, the change caused is more or less revolves around English language & Hindi language. In English, it was IPC, and in Hindi it will be called as BNS, however, most of the definitions in Law remains verbatim same as it was in the IPC or that, a word added or removed or serial numbers of the sections reshuffled, and that is that. Hardly any major & drastic changes have been made by Modi Sarkar. A tendency of changing the names of the Cities, Stadiums, Government Departments, etc. Similarly, names of the Acts/Law has also been changed.

Over all changes can be summed up in shortest possible way is, foolish act done with foolish mindset.
