B.C. Premier John Horgan announces new economic plan – February 17, 2022

British Columbia Premier John Horgan announces the launch of a new long-term economic plan for the province. He is joined in Victoria by Ravi Kahlon (minister of jobs, economic recovery and innovation) and Carleen Thomas (elder with the Tsleil-Waututh Nation), and from Burnaby by Andrew Mercier (parliamentary secretary for skills training), Kathy Kinloch (president of the British Columbia Institute of Technology), and Shaquille Davis (a carpentry apprentice at the institute).
