You can use a 3D model. It won’t be true 3D though. Just take your 3D model and export it in 2D frames, different pictures for each side of the head etc. Then build your puppet with the images of the 3D model.

Haha, I was just laughing about your GoPro3. Struggled with it´s bad live-HDMI-out for some time until I realized, that it´s perfect if you stop the wifi while using it´s HDMI-live-out.
And thanks for this awesome show, I was also experimenting with the character animator and had some fun with it :-)

I need live feed behind Character Animator bg which will be cast on Zoom meetings. Possible. Do I need to purchase the pearl device? Or is there an option.
