In this tutorial we'll show you how to build and stream a live animated character on places like Twitch, YouTube, and Facebook. "Live animation" seems like an oxymoron, but it's now possible with Adobe Character Animator.

I can confirm this OBS setup works great. I've been using this exact setup for my YouTube recordings for the past year or so. Never made use of the audio delay feature, so I'm going to try that this weekend. Thanks for that tip! 👍

I was thinking about getting PS so I could create components to import into Blender, that I would then output to Lens Studio, then import that into Snap Camera, then send that to OBS.

OR I CAN JUST USE CHARACTER ANIMATOR!!

Hi Dave, really appreciate these videos! Also really cool to see you're answering questions here! Personally I can't get the Livestream to work. I've downloaded the newest NDI 5 tools (for Windows), but the Adobe CC component seems to be entirely missing. The Studio Monitor is there, along with a Premier Pro and After Effects tool, but nothing in terms of the CC plugin you spoke about in the video. Whatever I do, the Live Output of Character Animator does not recognize any devices (Mercury is enabled). Anyone encounter similar problems?

I’ve been trying for weeks to figure this out. The plug-ins and all the extra downloading is obsolete with all new versions since this video was created. Please do an update to make this manageable.

11:38 How did you do this? Character Animator says "waiting for camera" whenever it's being used by another program. In OBS the camera is just black if Character Animator is already using it.
