For those that didnt know there is a feature with the key that when you put it in the ignition and turn it. The 4runner starts.

My 95 Volkswagen Jetta does that as well closes the sunroof from the trunk keyhole. 😅

It will also lock and unlock when you do that turn it twice each each direction you go

I had mine program so when I hold the unlock button it rolls down all the windows . Perfect on a hot day walking to your car to let the heat out before you jump in

Gee Toyota, you're about 30 years behind. Broncos and Blazers did that in the 70's.
