The off-grid Community in Paraguay you never heard of - a great Plan B in Latin America

I spent a few days in a particularly interesting off-grid community in Paraguay that also has all the comforts of modern life. I met the founder and his wife and they took me around the facilities and amenities. For now about 250 settlers have moved there, mostly from Europe, and the community is growing fast. It has a school, organic food, fiber-optic internet, an industrial 3D printer, alternative health practitioners, etc. It really is a truly unique project. When the first lockdown came in Germany I said to myself OK, I understood what was happening and what will happen.
I didn't want to have to see all that.
I just sold my house and came here.
Here I don't notice any of the growing madness and I live among great people who also see it that way and I am very grateful for it.

I have already secured my property. It is the most unique overall concept with free lifestyles that everyone has always dreamed of. And it is breathtakingly beautiful. Just the view from the bird's eye view and the view from the terrace into the endless expanse.
You feel the freedom not only in nature, no, also in the free construction without building permits, the specially grown, pollutant-free fruit and vegetables, watered from a clean, on-site deep well. Just fantastic. Great support in every matter. They care about you. It's all so easy. Indescribable feeling❤

I have been living in Caazapa, Paraguay for 3 years now and it is a dream for business owners. Paraguay is good ground for the self-employed. There are few regulations and the taxes are the best I have encountered in the world. I never want to work or live anywhere else again. Such warm people.
