My five cents. For the gear ratio tune set the final ratio to 4.10. Make 1st as high as you can and still take off. Make top gear redline once during the duration of the circuit. Distribute the remaining gears between first and top. After a bit of practice you will find you can fine tune the intermediate gears for particular corners or braking zones.

I like tuning cars with less power. It's fun.

Because of the way HP is calculated, they always cross at 5252. That is not where the power band starts. It starts at peak torque. In this case it is actually the same (or thereabout) but if you get a rally engine, the peak torque is much earlier.

I got 'good' at tuning just by trial and error, but never Fullly, understood what was going on 'behind the scenes'.

This is exactly what i needed to watch, an adolescent figure who knows what they're talking about.
Waaay too many YT channels that just spit garbage for views.

Being able to pull up your torque and horsepower curve in the tuning menu would be amazing

Torque and horsepower always cross at 5252 RPM, unless the car make more torque than horsepower overall, which does happen. (Ex: 2011 Ford Raptor 411hp 434ft lbs) good video! Good info, thank you!

I play drive games till ps1 but never understand all this Chinese look to me tunes ...just in 6 min you change my whole life ...really great video great explain simple quick and great !!! Take a sub and and ring bell cuz im waiting more tuning videos thanks a lot
