According to Adam on two things. One, he thought the woman competing with him made two fatal errors by going with a burger that was going to go cold quickly and going with a thick, filling shake that he wouldn't have tried.
Two, Adam later admitted that he was very very close to throwing up at the end of the challenge. He said later, "If anyone had given me a pat on the back, the milkshake and sandwich would've come back up."
