Hey there, thanks for joining me today! Here is the recipe for the macaroons.

Preheat oven to 350*
2 ½ cups unsweetened coconut flakes- the finer the better
6 egg whites
3 tbsp sweetener of choice

Combine egg whites and sweetener and whip till frothy
Incorporate the coconut until well coated
Scoop up the mix into neat little balls and place on parchment paper covered cookie sheet

Cook for about 20-22 min. Let cool and enjoy!
