The best test of memorization is recall. An examination, for example, is nothing but a test of recall and application of concepts. The more we practise recall, the more powerful our memory becomes. Testing our recall ability is the real mental exercise and boosts our memory power. For example, can you recall what did you have for dinner in the last seven days? :)

sir the actual value of pie is less than 22/7 because it's a rational no. hence recurring, the value of 22/7 is 3.142857142857142857.... as you can see that 142857 is re occuring hence it is rational. But actual pie is irration neither terminating nor recurring. 3.14 is also not the value of pie becuase it is terminating and hence rational.
so we can say that 3.14<π<22/7
