Yes! Bathroom makeover please! I still have a blue tub and sink from the 70’s. It’s still in good shape but is ugly. My husband just said yesterday that we could paint it. But I’d feel better if I watched you do it first!

Gorgeous house!! 2 suggestions: touch up the blue front door paint; there are white spots on it, which detracts from an otherwise immaculate first impression.
Also, that "bedroom" off the master prob was a sitting room, but currently there's no privacy for either room. Suggest adding a door between the 2 rooms, or at the very least, a curtain. It's a fantastic house and grounds, and everything else is perfection.

I saw a TikTok video where a guy used a water hose to wet his cardboard boxes and let them sit and soak it in a few minutes, then he easily folded them up and recycled them. No tough cardboard cuts. ❤

Hi, we have one, small bathroom, with a very old fiberglass tub surround. The tub surround is In very good shape; just an almond colour, while the tub itself, is a white. We used Beyond Paint. It was SO easy to do. We bought a quart in Bright White. Unlike a tub refinishing kit, there is no sanding required. There is no extended time involved. We let the first coat dry for 24 hours and waited about 4 days to use the shower (that part was hard). The paint cures within 7 days and fully cures in 30 days. We did not use a sealant of any kind. The tub surround looks brand new! You can’t even tell that the tub surround was painted - I recommend this method.

It’s nice to see all the new things they bought for the guests to use. The only Airbnb I stayed in was nice but the necessities were so old. Pots and pans were terrible and the linens on the bed and towels were so cheap. I was glad I had packed my own but that was an inconvenience. Hope they get tons of visitors! Hey Megan! What a beautiful house! I’ve used different painting kits for tubs and showers at two different houses. One kit I got at Lowe’s and the other came from Home Depot. It was easy, but a little smelly. The results were great, and the finish held up for several years, until I was ready to do a complete reno.
