The fact that this video only has 346 likes makes me sad because that one sentence "Your purpose comes from your pain, whatever you struggled the most with is the thing you want to help other people with" has the potential to change people's lives even save them from ending their life due to feeling like they have no purpose. When I heard this video for the first time it made me cry because it was exactly what I have been trying to do, I lost my older brother to suicide, and it took me years to realize it but when I did it saved my life. The thing I struggled the most with was losing my brother to suicide and mental health, so my purpose is to help others deal with mental health and help put an end to suicide I plan to do this by starting a non-profit mental health retreat to teach others how to overcome mental health problems the same way I did.

This was just what I needed to hear this morning. I found a meme that stated whatever fear we don't face, liinits us. I'm going to do a Facebook post on this idea, but I was struggling with the thing that limits me the most before I watched this video. The fear that limits me the most is the fear of embarrassing myself when trying something new. I know that I have to get over this if I'm ever to have any hope of expanding my horizons.
