I absolutely LOVE this game. It brings back memories of when I used to play this almost all the time with my neighbor friend on his Xbox 360, and I still remember crashing the Hoth planes and we were both laughing so hard. Good Times.

The first StarWars Battle Front was epic. My personal best was acquired on the MosEisley Cantina map(ps2), playing as the basic Rebel Trooper. I got 96 enemy kills in one life, using nothing but the basic blaster pistol and a few thermal detonators. No turrets, no camping, no blaster rifle, no elite rifle, no precision pistol ...no nothing but a pistol that overheats every 8-9shots and "alot of simple tricks and nonsense"

Edit: also, I had the "Hero's" option turned off so the Jedi wouldn't show up in the middle of a firefight and just wipe everyone out in 2 seconds.

Me and my friends bought battlefront 2 (2005) on our next gen consoles and Ethernet cords to plug into the router and played online against eachother for about 40 hours straight last week

I wish my ps2 copy of SWbf still worked as well as that one does. The game still works but when I play all the music tracks are over powered with the constant and random roars of wookie warrior's, tusken raiders, wampas, jawas, ewoks and human death grunts as well as blaster fire and lightsabers.
Aerosol particulates wreak havoc on the data side of game disks!

I got this for my ps2 last Black Friday because the second one is my favorite game of all time. I haven’t had a chance to really play it though I did try it and it is fun, different but fun I really miss the cheat codes though
