Thanks for detailed explanation. What about having a notregular tetrahedron? I mean; if there is a tetrahedron that its surfaces does not overlap xy, yz and xz planes?

very clear, I always get a hard time finding the equation for the slanted wall of all tetradhedron problems because I use cross product. it turns out there's a nice equation for it
