i'm not really a very hygenic person, most people tend to be like 'OMG I TOUCHED THE AIR QUICK WHERES THE HAND SANITISER I NEED TO BATHE IN DISINFECTANT' and i'm like *stroke some random cat i see in the street* *eat chips with my fingers* and i'm fine, i barely ever get sick. i always thought that was cos i have quite a good immune system from all the bacteria and stuff it has to deal with regularly (unlike other people which have a very weak immune system cos it barely gets any practice) but now i think it might be cos of the whole microbiome thing. so my advice to avoid getting ill is to actually stop washing your hands every two seconds. unless youve had an organ transplant and you need to take immunosuppressants. in which case go have a disinfectant bath.
