Just remember it's a balancing act for moisture too especially if you're going to feed the hay to the horses. Horses need a better quality of hay than cows do. I've not owned cows but I have horses since I can remember lol and I know some will buy "cattle hay" ad it's cheaper and I've seen fine horses go down hill QUICK because of it.

Yay I’m so happy. But it does get harder when you do it yourself but you don’t usually spend as much money until something brakes down.

I've been doing for about 15 years and it's a lot cheaper than buying it once you get pass the start up cost
