This is exactly why people need to take their time with AI....we can be tricked.... AI is beyond our understanding, it will get weirder and weirder believe it now and forever.

My biggest fear is that when AI voice and video are indistinguishable from the real thing, people could actually be recorded doing crazy shit and just say someone made it. Everyone is scared of how someone can fake you saying something. What about when someone is caught red handed and they just call, “oh it was someone that made an ai of me”. That shit scares me because not only can we not tell if it’s real or not, it can just be called a fake even if it’s truly real…

photography should have to be done with FILM old school 34mm film cameras and you should be required to submit the film negatives for authentication in order to enter.

The issue with this is that the man who generated the image is an expert in photography and lighting and composition. Not just anybody can get ai to create an image like that. He is still a master in his craft. They’ll just have to change the parameters and probably have people share meta-data with the image

Nobody is prepared for AI... They really shouldn't release anything better than the current chat GPT for like 20years, so we can get somewhat of a handle on it...
