Hi I wanted to create a workflow to manage Training room booking.
Eg: If a new event is created it should check for any duplication and then if the room is already booking then the user must get an email stating that it is booked or unavailable.
If the room is free then then it needs to be booked for the user and a confirmation email has to be sent stating its booked.
Can you please guide me on how to do this?
