What did you click on to go to the Ticketing System form?!? Is that still in your software loading a form from Google? Is that a direct to Google form? After that you say "Let's go to Google Forms" after we see we were just using a Google Form. WTF?!?!?!?! EXPLAIN WHAT YOU CLICK ON TO GET TO WHERE YOU GO FOR EACH SCREEN WHEN DOING A TUTORIAL. There should be any distraction as to what you are doing on the screen in a tutorial - otherwise the viewer's attention is broken, they are confused to a greater or lesser degree, and they are no longer fully following what you are trying to explain. The hardest part of a tutorial is going through the steps as if you are part of the company developing the software and already know how everything works. Geeeez!
