Let’s talk about the ever-popular charcuterie board. Whether staying home or heading to a party, you can whip together items from your pantry and fridge to make a nutritious and tasty board. My advice? Grab items that include protein, complex carbs, and healthy fats.
I used gluten-free almond crackers from @simplemills with cut-up veggies for the cheese and hummus. For protein, I have @boarshead_official tavern cold cuts. For something sweet, I used fruit and dried mango. For the salty, I used almonds and mixed nuts.
