I never knew you could make butter or whip cream from goat milk.

Wow, I didn’t know this was milk month but what fun. I have just three dairy goats I have been milking since March. I get about 1-1/2 gallons per day. I’ve been making chèvre, cheddar cheese, yogurt, evaporated milk, dehydrated milk, and some butter. This is awesome and what a reward because it’s so fresh! I love your cream separator and I am going to be looking into one. I love using my Bosch mixer to make cheese. A lot less mess. I laughed at my husband when he watched this with me. He said oh my she kisses her goats like you. 😂 I said that’s how we love them. Keep up the good work Heather. Hopefully I’ll be able to ship your package soon from nawnee’s Homemades. Peace friend

I haven't played with my cream separator yet but now I'm inspired to wash it up and have some fun!

Oh my goodness the excitement from those bottle babies is adorable!!

This cream separator is amazing!! My friend has Nigerians and she said their milk is so creamy! Maybe I'll have to add some to our homestead! ( I need to convince the hubby 😂)

I have made it with the shaking Mason jar method and boy what a workout 😂

That looks delicious!!! It's been a long time since I have made butter. When I was little my grandmother would make her butter by shaking the milk in a jar. Of course I always wanted to help but would soon get bored with the shaking.😂
Thanks for sharing and stay safe!!!

Thank you so much for explaining the cream separator! We don't have any dairy animals yet, but I was wondering if that was a piece of equipment we needed or was just a nice thing to have. Since we weren't planning on cows, but rather goats and sheep, a cream separator has gone on our "needed equipment" list. 😁

New at this goat deal. My daughter is in 4H and lives dairy goats. This would be our fort year breeding so it is wonderful to learn new things to make with goats milk.

I only do a quart at a time in my chef size kitchen aid. I have to put a towel or cheesecloth over it. Messy but worth it!

Packed full of information. I don't even own a goat & your channel has made it so intriguing to me. If I had the structure in place I'd get 2 of them now. Nice collaboration!

I used to get about 6 gallons of raw cows milk when all my children were growing up. We would make butter every week with my grandma’s butter churn. I loved my homemade butter.
