Today Kailey and Maddi will walk us through how they milk our alpine cross dairy goat, Caramel! Maddi teaches us the best techniques to milk a goat and Kailey demonstrates how to properly hold a goat as its being milked! Kailey and Maddi will walk us through the whole udder to butter process. From milking the goat to straining the milk to mixing and churning the milk, and eventually making butter and ice cream! They will take us throughout the entire milking to ice cream experience.
