Born and raised in Cajun country and that food looks legit, especially the catfish. If they learned how to make gumbo from a New Orleans chef, then it's most likely Creole style not Cajun but then again who knows? I'd love to try their food!

this what i like bout the bros they bring all cultures and ethnicitys together. they dont just stay in the asian culture they have vids with latin foods, indian foods etc.they make vids for all races and bring us all together as one people..im latino and i love the bro's vids..

I used to go to this place called Thaibox. They did Thai/Cajun. The chef retired and closed the family closed the business! They were so awesome!

Also, Keep the menu simple, maybe 5 main items, don't want to make it too complicated with many menu items that will bog down service time. Pumping out 5 items will be quicker than 10 items, also your inventory will be more simpler especially on a truck that has limited space. And people will be happier receiving food faster.

"for those who don't know poutine.." Seems like Andrew is the one that doesn't know poutine. The major part of poutine is the cheese curds and then the hot gravy you pour on top of everything. Gravy smothered fries is just fries smothered in gravy. Poutine HAS to have cheese curds.

Hey big fan of your stuff! You guys should totally check out the Northern Virginia area, its basically become one of the Korean american hotspots in the entire country, theres this awesome cafeteria-like atmosphere with a whole bunch of nice asian fusion food!
