my boys saved my life. I started listening to them in 2011 and alot has gone on in my life to the point where I almost wanted to end it all. they have always been the light at the end of the tunnel for me and I have yet to see them but when I do, boy is it gonna be an emotional one. thanks boys for being there for me

Am I the only one that was very happy that they said Isabelle was still alive? I didn't know and I've been wondering but no one knew. that amazing and I'm glad that shes found something to "hold her up" so to speak.

One thing I noticed and absolutely love about misadventures is the whole SoCal vibe. I know Vic traveled a lot to get inspiration for the songs and you can see them in the music and the lyrics but he always reverts back to California. For example, Bedless, sambuka and Song for Isabelle (also MY top 3 off the album). Sambuka is an obvious one "hello welcome to Southern California go back home). Bedless, however, socal was represented through the vibe. The main guitar riff screams socal and the lyrics has a beach vibe (waves, rocks, copper tone tan lines). If socal was a song, it would be bedless. Song for Isabelle is less obvious but it does have some references refering to socal. The whole album in general goes back to socal punk roots but those 3 songs are the most prominent, making them my top 3 songs off misadventures

when i look for a good music the first thing i listen for is emotion. i love to not only to listen to a song but i love it when i can feel the music, when it pulls at your heart. even if you can't relate to the lyrics the artists feel it so much they make you feel it to. when i heard Floral and Fading i instantly fell in love because the boys put so much emotion into it and it is beautiful. now PTV is an amazing band they are one of my favorites so maybe my view is a little bias but i do believe this is just an amazingly well written song over all. <3

Yeah! Floral and Fading is my favorite! 😁 Ironically, the first time I heard it was the cover by Cavetown. Lol.
