Family of Hancock County woman who died after falling from deputy cruiser demands answers

Brianna Grier died Wednesday afternoon after allegedly falling out of a Hancock County deputy's cruiser.

Usually when a person is placed inside a police car they are handcuffed; how can a person fall out of a police car while handcuffed? The officers are not telling the truth about the trip to the police station; further, the police had no business apprehending her. Having a mental breakdown is not a crime, these officers needed to call for an ambulance to transport her to the hospital. The message here is: DO NOT CALL THE POLICE FOR HELP! POLICE OFFICERS HAVE ZERO COMPREHENSION ON WHAT TO DO TO HELP INDIVIDUALS HAVING A MENTAL BREAKDOWN. REALLY, DO NOT CALL THE POLICE FOR ANYTHING, ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE MELANATED. IN MY OPINION, LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS ARE KILLING AND HARMING MELANATED PEOPLE PURPOSELY.

How the hell she fell out the vehicle handcuffed, unless she was dragged out the vehicle in a forceful way which led to her injuries and death. These Cops knows exactly what happened and a independent post mortem examination will show that and not the Police coroner report.

Why wasn't she buckled in? Why did she go so quiet, once he threw her onto the back seat? She was so vocal then dead silence doesn't make sense!

Why wasn't she in a ambulance? She was not a criminal. She was having a mental health crisis. So sad. This is a lawsuit. She is placed in the back of a car not secured and the door was not locked. Please seek legal advice.
