Thank you! Your tips helped me to discover that my email was no longer active simply because I failed to verify it after the first 15 days of domain registration. The warning email was sent to my secondary email address with the link to verify but was missed. Silly mistake!

You have been of so much help but I'm so confused. How do I hire you or your team to help me? I was able to recover my email but then we lost a lot of old important emails and according to your video a lot of things with our MX, DMarc, and bunch of other things are not ok.

Thank you for the video, although it did not help me. I was able to send emails but not receive them, and they were working in the past. I spent a few hours troubleshooting, reading, and watching YouTube videos. I gave up that night and tried again the next day, and in a few minutes, I had fixed it. The issue was entirely my fault; I had changed the hostname in the resource records. I added an "@" symbol and didn't realize it until over a week later when I noticed the problem (I was working on a new site). Surprisingly, none of the reading materials or videos I consulted asked the crucial question, "Did you mess with anything you shouldn't have?" and no one suggested checking the hostname in the resource records to see if it was correct. In my case, the hostname was blank in the box, and right below it was my email address. In the second box below, it had my website address. Thank you
