Tatarstan is among 3 of the poorest regions in russia even though they provide a big chunk of pmcs and mostly mod soldiers.russia completely deported mist tatars to Siberia, about 3 million eventually came back to crimea, most tatars now are under the boot or fighting against russians.

Uzbeks and mostly tajik, some turks snall amount of kazahks, Kyrgyzs, formed the siberian battalion is ss but werent from prison camps were recruited trough criminal networks.
The carpathian and galician units were made of about 3 million ukranian russians, belarussian, and eastern poles, they were actually a crack unit saw alot of fighting in retreat to hungary where i believe where wiped out.
Also the Bosnian ss units some records say where great at anti partisan work, others say where poor fighters, so in not sure anout them but they were first muslimd to get recruited en mass
